I will begin with an initial one-hour remote pre-session, setting the foundation for this Divinely inspired energetic harmonization. The full protocol unfolds over multiple sessions, tailored to your unique healing needs. Sessions are spaced intentionally, allowing your energy to integrate the shifts at its own pace.

 

Session Timeline

 

• Your first session will typically be scheduled within 5-7 days after I complete your pre-work session. I’ll add the pre-work session to my calendar, after I receive your confirmation through Paypal.

 

• I’ll notify you in advance of the specific day for Session 1, so you can prepare by giving yourself extra rest and hydration.

 

Preparing for Session 1:

 

During and after the session, your physical and emotional bodies will need time to gently recalibrate to a lighter and more harmonious frequency. To support this process:

 

• Stay hydrated.

 

• Rest as much as possible.

 

• Spend time in nature to ground your energy.

 

• Surround yourself with things and activities that bring you Joy.

 

This preparation allows your system to integrate the shifts with ease, paving the way for a smoother recalibration process. While the session happens remotely (you don’t need to be physically present), the days leading up to and following the session are critical for self-care to support the powerful energetic healing taking place.

 

Session 2: Follow-Up & Integration:

 

Your second harmonization session will occur after a 7–14 day integration period, depending on what your energetic bodies need. During this time, I’ll intuitively assess your energy and make any necessary adjustments and give you suggestions to consider for your overall well being as you adjust and integrate.

 

In Session 2, we’ll:

 

• Provide additional harmonization if specific layers need more attention.

 

• Fine-tune frequencies or codes to further support your energetic recalibration.

 

• Reinforce the integration of Love, Joy, and Peace into your system.

 

This follow-up session serves as a critical tool for ensuring all layers of your energetic body remain aligned, balanced and harmonized to the highest and best of their ability at the time of receiving the EFH protocol.

 

Your Integration Phase:

 

Following your sessions, your energy bodies will continue to integrate and implement the healing they’ve received over time. This phase allows your system to adjust fully to its new state of balance and harmony with more ease and flow.
