Over the course of this past year, the Divine and I co-created a hefty multi-session energy shifting package specifically for harmonizing all of the planes and layers of the auric field. The EFH protocol will cover the physical, astral and spiritual planes and each of their bodies structures.
The 26 aspects range from money flow, to enhancing your spiritual gifts to improving all of your relationships and everything in between. The 71 categories are meant to identify the various ways your energy fields have been misaligned, disconnected or wounded. If securing through paypal (links provided in this blog are linked to paypal, I will reach out as I do your energetic pre-work and put you on the calendar to let you know what day session 1 will be occurring so you can give yourself extra rest and hydration to assist your physical and emotional body in the recalibration process. The physical and emotional body needs time to recalibrate and find a new lighter frequency to identify with and it is very important that you give yourself time to hydrate, rest and process what has energetically shifted for you. Spend time in nature grounding your energy, surrounding yourself with the things you love and what brings you Joy and be open to receiving new gifts, shifts and awareness as the protocol clears, heals and gives you the frequencies that will give you more Love, Joy and Peace in your life.
When scheduling through my acuity calendar (found on the home page), pick the earliest available time slot as I have energetic pre-work to initiate on your behalf before your actual harmonization. After that, your first of 2 sessions will be scheduled within 2 to 7 days thereafter by me. You do not have to be physically present to receive the benefits of this protocol. The days before, during and after your harmonization will be important for you to consume extra water and rest for the smoothest physical recalibration possible.
Again, this is a hefty energetic healing protocol and the physical body needs extra TLC during this time to make it as peaceful as possible as it recalibrates to being compatible with the higher frequencies received during the EFH protocol. This allows for a more harmonious dance with the rest of your energetic bodies as they will be seeking a higher vibration and frequency once the energetic bodies are more in harmony with each other.
The second session is designed to allow you time to recalibrate and if any tweaking of frequencies, new energetic codes needs support within your energy fields, or any of your layers need additional attention, this would be the session they would be receiving more harmonization during. This session is laid out as a follow up appointment with your energetic bodies. The second session will be used as an integration tool to provide additional energetic support to your systems.
If you need some extra support, you will energetically receive it as needed between your initial session and the follow up session and I will be guiding as to how long you need in between session 1 and session 2 (typically it ranges between 5 and 12 days.) Intuitively, your body and subconscious will be giving me intell as to the best ways to assist you in making this harmonization as peaceful and easy as possible as your layers of energetic bodies are all recalibrating and healing themselves from all of the insults and energetic trauma they had stuck in their fields that have been harmonized with peace and love during the EFH.
The integration and implementation phase of your harmonization is next.

- detail account of what your energy harmonization session consisted of
- implementation and integration suggestions
- essential oil recommendation to support your new energetic shifts
- crystal suggestion to assist in the frequency shifting happening as your physical body recalibrates to the new frequencies being created within your auric layers
- any intuitive messages that any of your energetic systems want or need you to know
- Healy Frequency scan and frequency work provided
Within your feedback email, there will be intuitive suggestions and ponder points for you to consider in helping you implement new thought patterns and behaviors to assist you in implementing and integrating the new found harmony into your life. Your vibration will be exponentially heightened. New experiences will be brought before you to explore. Layers of your fears and anxieties will be lightened or alchemized with the light and truth of who you have been created to be and now embody.
All areas of your life will be impacted. You will begin to bloom. With the blooming, will come opportunities to uplevel as well. Relationships that you are no longer aligned with will shift, areas of your life will either uplevel with you or stay in the space of the old version of you. This period of time could be harmonious if you have done the work to be prepared to do upleveling with or without the things and people that you have done life with in the past. This is the integration phase of harmonization. Things will inevitably shift because you will be on a new level of awareness and frequency and be more aware and open to new opportunities for growth and expansion. This is a beautiful time of growth and recalibration.
